Raina Alexander, MD has been practicing since 2006 as a board certified Family Medicine Physician. She is currently the Medical Director for Marathon Health’s Escambia County School District’s Health and Wellness Clinic which strives to improve the health and wellbeing of school system employees and families. Her previous clinical experience includes private practice in North Carolina and Florida as well as serving as a civil service health provider at Naval Hospital Pensacola. Her undergraduate degree was obtained at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL.
